Our company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 ("Partnership Act"), under the name M/s Dipak J. Gandhi, pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated January 4, 2017. The last Partnership Deed, dated November 11, 2023, amended and supplemented over time, renamed the firm Integrity Infrabuild.
Subsequently, the company was converted from a partnership firm to a limited company under Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013, with the name Integrity Infrabuild Developers Limited. We received the Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre on June 1, 2024. Our Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U42101GJ2024PLC152080.

We are an integrated Civil Contract Company, registered as a Class-A contractor with the Government of Gujarat. Our company specializes in contracting and sub-contracting services for various government projects, including:

Our company is headquartered in Gujarat, and all of our project sites are located within the state. We primarily execute construction activities directly as a contractor for government projects in Gujarat.
